You’ll be speaking directly with leads, often generating quotes, or scheduling appointments for on-site visits and installations, as well as making follow up calls to make sure our customers have everything they need to move forward. You’ll be able to show your strengths in
- Communication, written and verbal
- Responsiveness to timely opportunities, meaning ability to prioritize and juggle needs of our business
- Supporting and promoting our company values and culture
- Working independently and as a team member in support of our team, our customers, and our vendors
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and aptitude to learn other online and Cloud-based lead generation and quote generation systems
- Creating and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency and profitability
- Supporting the owner directly with scheduling, administrative tasks, marketing, and sales
- Discipline and productivity in occasionally working remotely from home or satellite office
